A series of tips that can help in making a smooth transition to E028 Splash.

What challenges will I face?
The first 2-3 days are the most difficult. It is normal for your child to reject the dietary change at first but stay motivated and stick with it. Some children display withdrawal symptoms during the first few days which may include headaches, fatigue, irritability, malaise or increased hunger. You can help by keeping your child well hydrated and feeding him or her often.
How much E028 Splash should I give my child?
Have your child consume three drink boxes of E028 Splash daily without any gluten or casein in the diet for at least two weeks. If Splash is the sole source of nutrition, 4-6 boxes/day are necessary to cover 100% of the RDI of children 1-10.
What changes can I expect to see after two weeks?
Generally, children show improvements in GI symptoms, responsiveness, runny nose, black circles under eyes, and behavioral symptoms within the first 2 weeks. You can track changes using the following evaluation form.
